The Nonna team are working really hard behind the scenes at home  to ensure all your stationery wants and needs are delivered straight to your door while you stay safe at home. 

Our order processing department is currently still operating within our normal time frame and we are working closely with our external delivery partners to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. However whilst our delivery partners are committed to delivering your orders, there may be occasions when delivery times will be delayed, as a result of COVID-19.

Some International customers may experience delays due to COVID-19. If you would like to monitor the location of your package we recommend you choose the tracked shipping option at checkout.

The delivery partners we use to deliver your Nonna Order have framework and procedures in place to mitigate against the risk of transmission.

  • You do not need to sign for receipt of your order. Our delivery providers are happy to sign for your package on your behalf so you don’t have to touch their hand held device – just ask.
  • Alternatively, you can request that the delivery driver leaves your package in a safe place outside your address. To request this service, please add a note with specific instructions to your order. You will see this option at the checkout.
